JAKARTA, Indonesia, Aug. 21, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — K-Pet Food Festival 2023 was held as a promotional event for pet food products for dogs and cats from South Korea organized by the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) Center Jakarta Branch which is an agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of South Korea.
A weekend full of fun and joy to all dogs and pet owners at K-Pet Food Festival 2023
For two consecutive days from 12 – 13 August 2022, this event successfully attracted many attendances who brought their pets to play and participate in a series of activity programs at Hyde Park, Central Market PIK.
Fun experiences could be had by dogs who came at various corners of the event venue with many kinds of activities to participate in. One of them was a photo booth equipped with costumes and accessories tailored to the theme of ‘Traditional Korean Culture, Pojang Macha, and Korean Fishery Market’ to capture the cuteness of visitors’ pets. Many pet owners were thrilled with the activity and made a long queue to take pictures at the booths.
Other activities that could be found were the ‘Dog Nose Work’ and a dog playground called ‘Dog Pawground’ which can train the intelligence of dogs by finding hidden food and their agility to find a way to get through all provided unique obstacles.
There were also programs made to provide information about animal health and pet food products from South Korea. There was a ‘Free Sampling Zone’ where dog and cat food products from South Korea can be tried and given to visitors. Also, there was a ‘Free Vet Consultation’ booth with a veterinarian to find out the health conditions and consultations on various matters regarding visitors’ pets.
Free Grooming was also provided at the grooming room inside the venue, with care ranging from bathing, ear cleaning, and fur trimming, so dogs that had finished playing at the venue could come back home still look clean and beautiful.
‘Dog Pawground’ and ‘Free Vet Consultation’ became the most visited activities during the event. This was evidenced by the long queues seen at both activities. Various types of dogs were brought by their owners to this event. Not to forget, several influencers and public figures also came and enlivened the various types of activities.
It is hoped that with the success of the K-Pet Food Festival 2023 promotional activities, animal lovers in Indonesia can find out more information about pet food products that have been exported by producers from South Korea.
